Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if 

    • you change your mind; or
    • you purchased the wrong product; or
    • you knew of a specific characteristics or fault in an item; or
    • we specifically advised you of a particular fault in a product; or
    • you damage a product after purchase; or
    • can't provide proof of purchase; or
    • the item was a free gift or a prize from a competition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items not in the aforementioned condition will be non-refundable. A restocking fee of 20% or the purchase price (minimum $10) may apply

To be eligible for a return or exchange on a faulty item, you must:

    • Email info@FitTrack.com.au with a full description of the fault along with supporting photos and / or videos and a detailed description of how the item was used leading up to the fault
    • provide proof of purchase
    • cease from using the faulty item
    • be able to confirm that you read and conformed to the manufacturer's manual or usage guidelines for the item
    • be able to ensure that reasonable care was taken of the item
    • be sure that you only used the item in the recommended way

Returning A Faulty Item

    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
    • Please note if the returned product is deemed to have no fault, a service fee up to $50 with any additional shipping charges may be applied;
    • If a returned item is found to have been supplied to you in full compliance with the Australian Consumer Law, you will be required to cover all costs associated with returning the product to you.

Rejection of a return, a refund, warranty claim or consumer guarantee claim. We reserve the right to reject an exchange, return, a refund, warranty claim or consumer guarantee claim if you:

    • Change your mind about a product. (Including if you have found the item cheaper elsewhere, no longer require the item, purchase it or received it as a gift)
    • Are unhappy with the performance or functionality of an item based on subjective criteria
    • Caused the fault by using the product in an abnormal way outside of the manufacturer's recommendations (including any means by which the manufacturer’s warranty is voided)
    • Damage the item by making alterations
    • Damage the item by factors beyond our control
    • Damaging the item by not following the care instructions or take reasonable means to care for the items
    • Are unable to provide a proof of purchase, namely a tax invoice.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@fittrack.com.au.

Sale Items / Discounts (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.  Only a single discount code may be applied at a time.  Bundled products / bundle packs may not be discounted further with additional discount codes.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are deemed defective or damaged by us. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@fittrack.com.au and send your item to: FitTrack Gadgetron, PO Box 6066, Coffs Harbour Plaza, NSW 2450, Australia.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Free gifts / competition prizes aren't covered by any warranty.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, registered mail or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Warranties

No warranties are provided for Clearance Items or free gifts or competition prizes.
