CONGRATULATIONS @eat.workout_repeat (aka Juan) for being the WINNER of the #FitTrackAustraliaFirstToFifty2019 challenge. “I’m Juan from Colombia. I started my fitness journey about 3 years ago, my weight back then was 92kg, which is a lot for a small guy like me. Anyways, I discovered how fitness can impact positively not only my body but also my mind. Today’s Juan is 20kg lighter and a completely different person, which is due to the power of exercise. I decided to commit to the Fit Track Australia competition because it was a great way to keep myself accountable and get fun in the process of making videos and post them ( it is the first that I do it since I started in the gym)
